Finding sneakers that can survive the harsh winter conditions but also contribute to your general aesthetic can be very difficult which is why we, at The Cool Kid, have rounded up a list of the seasons hottest sneakers for you.

Starting off our list is one of the better shoes to come out of the 2015 Nike Sneaker-boot pack, this clean rendition of an Air Max 95 has added support and features to fight back the cold this winter. Nike has added a water resistant layer to the shoes outer-layer along with a fleece inner to keep your feet warm and insulated.

Another shoe from Nike’s 2015 sneaker-boot line is the Chukka SB, with reflective pads on the front and back along with a waterproof Flyknit outer-layer, this shoe won’t let the glum rain of winter ruin your fit. Nike has created a Flyknit feature specifically made for for this shoe which includes insulated lining on the interior.

One of the cleanest Jordan’s to come out of 2016 thus far is the Cyber Monday release.A simple clean black upper with a white sole with impeccable leather quality that dares not compromise your style or health.

Next on the list is Adidas’s latest rendition of the Tubbular which features a fully wool upper that ascends to the ankle with crazy insulation levels.

it wouldn’t be a list of warm shoes without a pair of New Balance on it. The quality at which New Balance masters their sneakers is unparalleled and this clean 530 silhoutte comes with a wool inner which compliments the buttery sole of the shoe.

Yes, another sneaker list that includes the Stan Smiths. The iconic silhouette has earned it’s spot at the top of 2015’s most popular sneaker and one of the many reasons is because of its versatility. This version, in triple black, will see you through the less chilly days in winter where a less-layered look is required but color is still not an option. Also, we just love this shoe so we had to put it in. Sorry.

The Adidas Ultra Boost, undoubtedly  one of the most successful shoes of 2015 and game-changers, now comes in an all-wool version for winter with water-resistant technology and course comfort. You can be very confident that these shoes won’t let you down during any day to night winter activities.

Puma recently released a collaboration with STAMPD LA on a triple black Blaze of Glory. The shoe has a fleece upper that almost slips on with the help of the elastic lacing system synonymous with PUMA. These are a definite winter must-have.

The Nike Sock Dart, originally a summer sneaker, now comes in a tech fleece version inclusive of all the stylish and practical qualities the summer version had. Bless the guys at Nike Lab for this creation.

Last but not least we have the triple black Asics Gel-lyte 3, which is without a doubt one of Asics’s most famous silhouettes. The sneaker itself has no winter-specific qualities except for the beautiful triple-black colorway which that’s more than enough reason for it to be on this list.
